Are Pets Allowed?
Not with a single room rental, however for whole house rental exceptions may be considered.
What time is Check-in Time?
Check-in is at 1:00pm, Late arrivals can be accommodated by contacting the owners for special instructions on late entry.
Do I have to leave a credit card number, if I paid online or use cash?
Yes we must have credit card on file for incidentals and security.
Does Seven Elms Farm offer any discounts?
Yes, Seven Elms Farm offers 10% military discount please inform when making reservations, ID card must be presented upon check-in and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
What is your Cancellation policy?
we hope we never have to cancel any reservations you make with us but it might just happen if it does we charge 30% of the cost of stay if the cancellation is less than seven days from the arrival date any no-show cancellation changes within 24 hours are charged the full amount of the stay.
Do you have handicap accommodations?
All of the bedrooms are situated on the second floor of the Seven Elms Farmhouse, so guests will have to climb a flight of stairs to access their bedrooms.
Do you have a policy regarding children?
Here at Seven Elms Farm B&B we welcome children on a property as the grounds are great for kids to play but there are rules that we would like to make sure the parents know in advance. Children must be supervised when they are on the property playing in the hammock, walking on the ground, garden or near the pond. Children can be very curious and anything that is damaged will be assessed for cleaning, repairing, or replacing we will let you know and use the credit card information in a file to cover the cost
What time is the breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 8 AM to 10 AM on the weekend. it is is helpful to let us know your breakfast time so the food can be hot and fresh when you are ready. Continental breakfast is available on weekdays. Coffee is always available in the kitchen.
Is lunch and dinner available at Seven Elms Farm?
We only provide breakfast with a room rental, however we are centrally located and there are many restaurants conveniently located nearby. Whole house rentals have unlimited access to our kitchen facilities during your stay..
Is smoking allowed on the premises?
Seven Elms Farmhouse is a smoke free environment however smoking is permitted outside, both porches are covered and open air, please be mindful of other guests.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, there is ample free parking on the grounds.
Is there a curfew at Seven Elms Farm?
At Seven Elms Farm each guest has a key to the front door and their assigned bedroom. So they may come and go as they wish but we do ask that you be mindful of other guests when entering and leaving the premises.
How soon do you expect to host Weddings or other Special Events?
Our barn, the future Special Events venue is undergoing renovations, we are hoping to start booking by Summer of 2018.
